Our Philosophy
Love God - Love people!
In a nutshell, that’s what we think is important. Jesus seemed to think it was important as well when He gave that command to His disciples in Mark 12:29-31. At Missouri Valley we place a great emphasis on making God as available and understandable as possible. We value our heritage as a body, but we feel that there is a need to relate to God in contemporary, relevant terms. As a result we value exciting, contemporary worship and we emphasize biblical, verse by verse teaching. We believe in the importance of community as a part of digesting the information that we learn as well as helping to hold each other accountable.
